The Salchow Workout is a dynamic strength and control session inspired by the mechanics of the Salchow jump. This workout focuses on powerful edge takeoffs, hip drive, rotational stability, and controlled landings. Through targeted lower-body strength, core rotation drills, and balance work, you’ll build the lean muscle, coordination, and explosive power needed for clean, confident jump takeoffs — while sculpting the long, athletic lines of a figure skater.
