Purpose: This loop walk through on the spinner will help skaters work on a strong position and snap on the take-off, proper air position and click on the landing. Skaters should try to isolate the head on the take-off allowing the hips, knee, ankle and upper body to start the rotation, following with the head. Skaters should watch the check of the free shoulder and leg as Coach Signe takes off
