Purpose: Follow along with Sarah with this conditionining workout as she starts with three exercises of ten reps each as a AMRAP ("as many rounds as possible") workout.
She follows it with a circuit with a set of exercises for the full body.
This is a great in-season workout to maintain good conditioning for your program run throughs!
For this workout, you will need hand weights.
