Body alignment focus: Arms and shoulder position before take-off of a jump. Purpose: The resistance band helps skaters keep a strong check over the landing side, and to teach skaters to stretch their arms apart on the setup before bringing them together in the air. Helps correct: Using arms to generate rotation, shoulders rotating before the body on a jump, head position and general in air alignment.
