Purpose: This demonstration will help skaters to see how to do a forward outside loop. Skaters should keep their free leg back and swing through as they come out of the loop. They should press into the edge as they go into the loop and release slightly as they come out.
Focus: knee bend, rhythm, upper body check, foot pressure, free leg control.
