Purpose: This plyometric exercise will provide a balanced approach alternating legs, helping boost power for skaters' take-off and help them to work on their spacial awareness as skaters should aim to rotate to that 1/4 turn mark. Skaters will also work on the stability on their landing and should hit an eagle position on the landing. Add this exercise to a full body circuit, or use it in combination with other plyometric exercises found on this page
