Purpose: This is a good exercise to add in after skaters have been able to complete two foot 1/4 stationary jumps. It will help skaters to add height and length to their jump patterns while still working on the full body coordination and spacial awareness. This exercise also helps skaters to work on timing and rhythm.
Focus: spacial awareness, upper body check, lower and upper body coordination, timing, quickness, power, explosiveness
