Foundation: Off-ice bend to straighten consecutive forward inside edges drill

Purpose: This exercise has a skater step into an inside edge with a bent leg then straighten to finish the rest of the lobe before stepping into the next inside edge down the axis. This is a great drill for skaters to practice edge control under different conditions, and changing from one condition to another while maintaining good edge quality.
