Purpose: This metabolic circuit workout helps skaters improve their conditioning and cardiovascular endurance. There are short work intervals with short rest periods to keep you moving throughout this whole workout.
Focus: Anerobic cardio, endurance, cardiovascular health, heart rate, program endurance, in-season training, skater specific, program, competition training.
This circuit is quick paced with 20 seconds on and 10 second rest intervals.
This workout is suitable for skaters ages 9+, as it covers more complex positioning on various in air positions and landings.
