Purpose: This demonstration will help skaters to see how to do a back inside loop. Skaters should try to draw the loop shape with their free leg toe and keep the free leg close to the skating leg. They should press into the edge as they go into the loop and release slightly as they come out.
Focus: knee bend, rhythm, upper body check, foot pressure, free leg control.
