Purpose: This drill tests skaters ability to generate power from a standstill, find their balance after generating forward momentum, come to a full stop and then generate momentum the other direction, and find their balance after backward momentum
Focus: Power generation, change of direction, stability with speed
Direction: Forward, backward, left, right
